Minsys positions itself as a proponent of human-centric technology widespread adoption: this to directly counters the mounting concern that technological advancements, especially in AI and Automation, inevitably lead to mass unemployment or iniquitous job displacements (a.k.a : "AI Doomers" viewpoint.)

They capture the complex, dynamic interactions and co-creation of value across multiple stakeholders in an ecosystem, including customers, partners and suppliers. The concept of Value Network is better suited for understanding Value creation in networked and service-oriented businesses where value often arises from interactions beyond a single firm's boundaries.

Minsys structures its 'Ecosystem' as a 'Value Network'. Unlike linear value chains, value networks emphasize multi-directional interactions and the importance of relationships. We consider the Clayton Christensen's definition : 'The collection of upstream suppliers, downstream channels to market, and ancillary providers that support a common business model within an industry'. In particular for the Minsys Ecosystem, inspired by the work of John Hagel III and Marc Singer, we identified and selected 4 roles : 'The Customer', the upstream roles : 'Suppliers' (cf : third party Suppliers), 'Partners' (cf : Business Partners) and the downstream channels to market roles : 'Distributors' (cf : 'The Minsys Ventures'). Because focusing on value co-creation that is aligned with Lean Thinking, we appreciate Verna Allee's definition : 'A complex webs of relationships and dynamic exchanges between stakeholders ( two or more individuals, groups or organizations) focused on co-creating both tangible (goods, services, revenue) and intangible (knowledge, strategic information) value'.

This flow is globally designed for Centralized IP Leverage, allowing core innovations to be experimented and exploited in diverse markets via different business Ventures as well as enabling portfolio diversification, by spreading investment risk across multiple independent ventures.
Operationally, The Minsys Value network features a cyclical and networked value flow designed for synergy and continuous improvement:

- The Venture Studio Transforms Nexus inputs into validated ideas and Augmented Founding Teams.

- The Business Ventures are the customer-facing entities of the ecosystem, thus the direct channels to markets. Ventures experiment the business models by distributing the MVPs to the end customer.
- Feedback Loop : Successful Business Ventures generate 'Financial Returns'. Others are pivoted. Every Venture collect Market Data/Performance Metrics, Build-up and gather Customer centric knowledge which feed back into the Nexus for strategy, the Venture Studio for portfolio management/market research, the MVP Factory for the next MVP iteration (if any) and even trigger improvements in the MVP Factory itself (e.g., Better TTM, Quality, or Security...).
